Allen Parker, 77, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 9:20 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2022, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Mark Lambert and Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in Brownsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Mathis, Tony Jones, Ralph Wayne Adams, Jeff McMullin, Carson Parker and Gary McClure.

Honorary pallbearers will be Morris McClure and Glen Jones.

Allen was born August 30, 1944, in Obion County, son of the late O.B. and Mattie (Riley) Parker. He married Brenda (McClure) Parker October 22, 1964. Allen retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after 30 years of service and had been a heavy equipment operator. He served in the United States Army as a staff sergeant, was a member of Hickman Masonic Lodge #131 where he was a Master Mason and he was a member of Rizpah Shriner's Club. Allen was a member of David's Chapel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Parker of Hickman, Kentucky; his daughter, Lori Parker of Hickman, Kentucky; his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Tamra Parker of Hickman, Kentucky; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Bobby Dan Parker of Union City, and Charles "Slick" Parker and Glen and Mary Parker all of Hickman, Kentucky; one sister, Gorgia Parker of Fulton, Kentucky; and six grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parker, Carson Parker, Triston Parker, Carolina Parker, Molly Parker and Creed Parker all of Hickman, Kentucky.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Sue Cruce and Helen Stovall; and one brother, Steve Parker.
