Rosa Willene O'Kelley, 77, of Troy passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Dr. Vann Kissell will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.

Visitation will be held at McDaniel Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. O'Kelley was born November 26, 1937, in Holland, Missouri, daughter of the late Willard and Rosa Pearl (Bess) Jackson. She married William Harold O'Kelley May 11, 1956. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by one son Dr. Keith (Wynne) O'Kelley of Troy; one daughter, Dr. Patricia O'Kelley (Cleve) Hughes of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Kinch (Leanna) O'Kelley of Topeka, Kansas, Kaitlyn O'Kelley and Darby O'Kelley both of Troy and Nicholas (Noka) O'Kelley of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; three great grandchildren, Anthoni O'Kelley of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and Teague O'Kelley and Ayven O'Kelley both of Topeka, Kansas; and one sister, Kathy (Larry) Sammons of Malden, Missouri.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Kay O'Kelley; and one sister, Johnie Faye Jackson.
