Wayne Holt, 67, of Rives passed away 7:49 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2022, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Ron Gray will officiate. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery in Martin.

Pallbearers will be Mark Hauhe, Parker Hauhe, Landon Hauhe, Waldrop Dowdy, Russ Vincent and Dwaine Phillips.

Honorary pallbearer will be Steve McWherter.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.

Wayne was born March 13, 1954, in Obion County, son of Anita (Leigh) Holt of Rives and the late Walter Kenneth Holt. He married Phyllis (Whitt) Holt July 18, 1986. She survives. Wayne was a retired salesman for Tennessee Tractor.

He is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Bob Palmore of Chapmansboro; one stepson and his wife, David and Amy Hauhe of Union City; five grandchildren, Mark Hauhe and wife Cassi of Obion, Parker Hauhe and wife Amberley of Union City, Landon Hauhe of Union City and Ella Palmore and Haddie Palmore both of Chapmansboro; three great grandchildren, Rory Hauhe, Avery Hauhe and Everett Hauhe all of Obion; one brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Beth Holt of Rives; two sisters-in-law, Betty Bailey and husband Donnie of Obion and Yvonne Council of Union City; one niece, Tiffany Holt of Rives, and several other nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by one stepson, Daniel Hauhe.
