Obituary

Miss Savannah Leigh Eaves, 19, of Troy died 6:18 p.m. Thursday, November 28, 2013, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Funeral services for Miss Eaves will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Melvin Poe will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery in Troy.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Mark Eaves, Dustin Eaves, David Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Dakota Eaves and James â??Dogâ? Daniels.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial be made to: St. Jude Childrenâ??s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tn. 38105.

Miss Eaves was born December 3, 1993, in Union City, daughter of David Wayne and Sandra (Anderson) Eaves of Troy. Miss Eaves worked for Cox Oil Company in Troy and was a 2011 graduated of Obion County Central High School in Troy.

She is also survived by one daughter, Caydense Jade Eaves of Troy; one brother, Dustin Eaves of Troy; one sister, Christina Dropik of Troy; grandmothers, Linda Anderson of Troy and Edna Eaves of Union City; one niece, Mackenzie Dropik of Troy; four uncles, Gaylon Eaves, Jr. of Union City, Paul Eaves of Union City, Mark Eaves of Union City and David Anderson, II of Calico Rock, Arkansas and two aunts, Teresa Marshall of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Melissa Page of Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, David Anderson and Gaylon Eaves.
