Patricia Louise Brewer "Trish" Jonas, 69, of Union City passed away 6:40 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
A celebration of life visitation will be held at Exchange Street Church of Christ from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Friday.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hometown Walk of Hope , 902 Perkins Street, Union City, Tennessee 38261.
Trish was born February 10, 1955, in Union City, daughter of James Edward and Mae (Quillin) Brewer of Rives. She married Steve Jonas May 20, 1977. Trish was the owner and operator of the former Family Bakery for many years and was an amazing cake decorator. She also had worked at Kohler and for the Obion County School System in food service. Trish loved sunrises and sunsets and loved nature travels. She had the kindest soul and loved to help others. Trish loved to laugh and be silly with family and friends. She was a member of Exchange Street Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of 47 years Steve Jonas of Union City; her son, Christopher "Ziggy" Brewer of Rives; two grandchildren she thought the world of Courtney Brewer of Martin and Macayla Fisher and husband Dillon of Union City; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Ricky Brewer (Sharon) of Union City and Kenneth Brewer (Wanda) of Rives; two brothers-in-law, Gerald Jonas (Cindy) and Mike Jonas (Sunny) all of Union City; one sister-in-law, Pat Hill (Robin) of Union City; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Wanda and Bobby Hill of Union City; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Odie and Opal (Dean) Quillin; and Doyle and Gladys Brewer.
