Mr. Tony Lee Owens, 53, of Fulton, Ky. and formerly of Obion County died 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at Regional Medical Center at Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Pastor Tommy Hall and Brother Romulo Lakip will officiate. Burial will follow with military honors in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pallbearers will be Ashton Hamm, John Rauch, Tom Crumble, Chad Shepherd, Ryan Brown, Trevor White, Johnny Rice and Bubba Brown.

Mr. Owens was born January 23, 1960, in Pekin, Ill., son of John and Sharon (Daniel) Owens of Centralia, Washington. He married Rose (Glover) Owens February 12, 2011. She survives. He was a supervisor for 16 ½ years at Insteel Industries Inc. in Hickman, Ky. and a Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Owens was a 1978 graduate of Obion County Central High School and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints and attended First Assembly of God in Union City.

In addition to his mother, father and wife, Tony is also survived by two daughters, Jessica Owens of Sacramento, California and Cheryl Hamm of Newbern; two sons, John Owens of Arkansas and Larry Wayne Brown of Gadsden, Alabama; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Bridgit and Shane Feeser of Centralia, Washington and Janet and Tim Caudle of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, one brother and sister-in-law, Romulo and Edith Lakip of Atlanta, Georgia, six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
