Obituary

Mr. Tommy Treece, 76, of Union City passed away 10:32 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Larry Nichols and Pastor Justin Hiens will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Benjamin Yates, Denver Storey, Thomas Hicks, Jim Church, John Davis and Bryan Breeden.

Tommy was born April 24, 1941, in Obion County, son of the late Thomas Totts and Wilma Estelle (Moultrie) Treece. He married Mary Virginia (Hoffman) Treece June 2, 1963. She preceded him in death on June 16, 2013. Tommy had served as assistant manager for the City of Union City and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City.

He is survived by two daughters, Alisha Craddock and Allison Treece both of Union City; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kent and Lisa Treece of Troy and Brad and Amy Treece of Union City; one sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and J.C. "Pee Wee" Thomas of Union City; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Mark and Debbe Treece and Larry Treece all of Little Rock, Arkansas and Steve and Belinda Treece of Hernando, Mississippi; nine grandchildren and the spouses of two, Victoria Treece, Benjamin and Amber Yates, Kelsey Craddock, Brady Craddock, Clay Treece, Chase Treece, Olivia Roby and Scout Treece all of Union City and Kimberly and Denver Storey of Troy; and three great grandchildren, Brayden Jett Storey and Cameron Blake Storey both of Troy and Gracelyn Brooke Yates of Union City.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Joyce Treece.
