Mr. Thomas Shaw "Tommy" Logan, Sr., 52, of Union City died Friday morning, September 27, 2013, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Chip Davis will officiate. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Gary Eckert, Shane Scott, Danny Wall, Byron Betts, Lance Reynolds, Hunter Reynolds, Shaw Logan, Kirk Storey and J.C. Powers.

Reed Logan will serve as a honorary pallbearer.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Parkison's Disease Foundation at www.pdf.org or Lake Road Baptist Church, 1366 East Highway 22, Union City, Tennessee 38261.

Tommy was born August 11, 1961, in Union City, son of Roy Shaw Logan, Sr. of Fulton, Kentucky and Phyllis (Colwill) Logan of the Shawtown community. He married Shelly (Bardin) Logan October 23, 1985. She survives. He was the owner and operator of the former Logan's Truck and Tractor Diesel Repair and was a member of Lake Road Baptist Church.

He is also survived by his daughter, Tiffany Logan of Mount Pleasant, Michigan; his son Thomas Shaw "T.J." Logan, Jr. of Martin; his step mother, Sydney Anne Logan of Fulton, Kentucky; two sisters, Geneva Storey of Union City and Paula Logan of Banner Elk, North Carolina; his brother, Roy Logan, Jr. of the Dixie community; and his grandmother, E. Conet Colwill of Union City.
