Timothy Wayne "Tim" Sims, 59, of Union City passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at his home.

Tim had been employed at Lowe's in Union City since 2005. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and participating in community events with Lowe's.

He was was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Maxl "Mack" Sims and Angelena "Angie (Johnson) Sims; two sisters, Lena Maxine Hunter and Melinda Sims; and two brothers, Joe Sims and Randy Lee Sims.

Tim is survived by his son, Kenneth Sims of Union City; his grandson, Hunter Sims of Waverly; and two brothers, Jimmy Sims (Karen) of Fulton, Kentucky and David Sims (Angela) of Union City.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
