Mr. Tim "T.W." Roberson, 50, of Troy, died 6:00 a.m. Sunday, May 30, 2010, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Archie Larry will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery.

Tim was born August 8, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, son of Ed and Sue (Wheatley) Roberson of Hornbeak. He had been employed as a fork lift operator for Lennox Hearth Products and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Tate of Tiptonville; three sons, Billy Joe Roberson of Troy and Larry Wayne Roberson and Zachery Roberson both of Stewart; two sisters, Velma Tate of Hornbeak and Jennifer Roberson of Troy; two brothers, Guy Roberson of Troy and Bobby Joe Roberson of Hornbeak; and two grandchildren, Katelynn Tate and Joshua Tate both of Tiptonville.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Debra Roberson.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Allen Bell, Paul Wayne Kirk, Jerry Grooms, Alfred Stribling, Darrell Rye, Dan Gooch, Jimmy Hummell Jr., Alan Groeneveld, Guy Roberson and Matthew Roberson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Sherrill and Michael Sherrill.
