Terry Glen Parker, 66, of Union City passed away Monday, June 12, 2017, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Gary Haynes will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Russ Thomas, David Sergerson, Mike Parker, Kevin Miller, Matt Dunn, John Wright and Jimmy Roper.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.
Terry was born August 9, 1950, in Hickman, Kentucky, son of the late Frank Griffin and Ruby (Copeland) Parker. He married Jan (Thomas) Parker September 26, 1992. She passed away March 11, 1996. Terry retired as a tire builder at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after 30 years of service. He had served in the Tennessee National Guard and attended Walnut Log Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, Chris Parker of Martin; Chris' mom, Suzanne Morton of Martin; two sisters, Linda (Phil) Roof of Paducah, Kentucky and Patsy Weber of Oregon; one brother, Jerry (Brenda) Parker of Memphis; four grandchildren, Jalyn Parker, Maddox Dunn and Jett Dunn all of Union City and Ariel Boxx of Martin; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marilyn and J.C. "Pee Wee" Thomas of Union City.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Tony Bybee; three brothers, Frank Parker, Jr.; David Parker and James Parker and one sister, Mary Beth Adams.
