Terry Davis Overall, 75, of Union City, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Milan General Hospital. Born on May 9, 1950, in Dyer, Tennessee, he was the son of the late George Davis Overall and Peggy (Boucher) Overall. Terry was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, survived by his wife of 25 years Jennie Overall of Union City, his daughter Jenny Reed (Heath) of Humboldt, his sons Brandon Overall (Rachel) of Nashville and Bart Overall of Midland, Texas, his stepdaughter Alexandria Danner (Emmett Rector) of Nashville, and his stepson Jerald Ray Gantt of Reelfoot Lake. He was also cherished by his eight grandchildren: Tinley Reed and Lexi Reed of Humboldt, Macy Overall and Sydney Overall of Nashville, Nikki Alexander (Tavian) and Danielle Gantt allof Union City, and Taylor Gantt of Fulton, Kentucky. Terry was predeceased by his parents and two infant sisters.

A 1974 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, Terry dedicated his career to education and community service. He taught biology and was the principal of the alternative school at Obion County Central High for 30 plus years and later served as the office manager for Aloha Pools & Spas for 30 years. His passion for sports was evident in his 28-year tenure as a TSSAA high school and college football official and as a scorekeeper for UTM Men's basketball. Terry also enjoyed participating in Masquerade Theater productions, with his favorite role being Clarence from 'It's A Wonderful Life'.

Terry was a devoted member of the First Christian Church in Union City. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home, with burial to follow in East View Cemetery. Brother Richard Dickerson will officiate. Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services on Monday.

Pallbearers will be Albert Wright, Brad Cook, Bill Flippen, Barry Burcham, Jeff Ross, Gary Twilla, Andrew Danner and J. Dan Gullett.
