Terry Hiram Lamphier, 63, of Troy passed away Monday morning July 15, 2024.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Mark Green will officiate. Private burial will be at Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Terry was born March 23, 1961, in Shawano, Wisconsin, son of the late George Howard and Lillie Mae (Meyer) Lamphier. He retired as a supervisor from SGL Carbon in Hickman after 35 years of service. Terry enjoyed drag racing and spending time with his granddaughters. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by two sons, Seth Lamphier and wife Caitlin of Union City and Zach Lamphier (Lisa Hammett) of Humboldt; four grandchildren, Bentleigh Lamphier and Briella Lamphier both of Union City and Aurora "Dixie" Matteson and Leia Sweat both of Humboldt; one sister, Sandy Witkowski of Troy; one niece, Tami Buttrey of Fulton, Kentucky; and one nephew, Jerry Zimmerman of Appleton, Wisconsin.
