Mrs. Sylvia Mae Webb, 72, of Union City went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at First United Pentecostal Church in Union City. Pastor Paul Ray Cagle will officiate. Burial will follow at East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at First United Pentecostal Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Stacy Buchanan, Jody Hurst, Kevin Hurst, Timothy Wilson, Michael Wilson and Marty Moore.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Sylvia was born March 13, 1946, in Hickman, Kentucky, daughter of the late Paul Eugene and Annie Mae (Anderson) Long. She married Ronald Webb May 26, 1973. He survives. Sylvia had been the owner and operator of Webb's Cleaning Service and was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Union City.

She is also survived by four daughters, Angela Barker, Lisa Wilson and Sharon Hurst all of Union City and Teena Buchanan (Stacy) of Mason Hall; one son, Ronald Shane Webb (Sherry); nine grandchildren, Justin Woodward, Santana Woodward, Angel Wilson, Victoria Slayton, Shelly Long, Kevin Hurst, Kayla Hurst, Michael Wilson and Timothy Wilson; and eighteen great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Faulkner; and two brothers, Eugene Long and Oliver Long.
