Mrs. Susie Jane Talley, 86, of Union City passed away 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2026, at Tri-Star Summitt Medical Center in Hermitage.

Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery in Bardwell, Kentucky. Brother Tommy Stewart will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Susie was born August 22, 1940 in Bardwell, Kentucky, daughter of the late John Thurman and Margaret (Owens) Mitchell. She married Morris Edward Talley February 14, 1976. He passed away October 21, 2018. She was a LPN in the U.S. Army and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church near Union City.

She is survived by one son, John Cox (Linda St.Clair) of Union City; one daughter-in-law, Barbara Cox of Troy; one granddaughter, Kara Manus (Bradley) of Troy; and two great grandchildren, Hannah Manus and Isom Manus.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Billy Cox.
