Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Kenny Locke will officiate. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery .

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Mrs. Bell was born July 19, 1934, in Columbus, Kentucky, daughter of the late Guy Raymond and Ida May (Ferguson) Kimble. She had been employed at the former Salant & Salant in Union City and was a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Tommy Smith of Clinton, Kentucky; her granddaughter, Mary Sue Moore of Union City; her grandson, Joe Byrd Jr. of Union City; two great-grandsons, James Tully Moore and Will Thomas Moore both of Union City; her sister, Betty Parker of Missouri; thee brothers, J.B. Kimble, Delbert Kimble and Marvin Kimble all of California.

She was preceded in death by her son, Steve Bell ; and her brother, Raymond Kimble.
