Sophie Akin's Obituary
Sophie Brooke Akin, daughter of Chris and Candace (Adkins) Akin of Union City, was stillborn at 12:21 a.m. Thursday, December 9, 2010, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate.
Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery prior to the service.
She is also survived by her brother, Jack Akin of Union City; her grandparents, David and Lisa Adkins of Union City, Mike and Judy Akin of Helena, Arkansas and Jeannie and Randy Davis of Little Rock, Arkansas; and her great grandparents, Bill and Joan Emrich of Union City and Dot Akers of Helena, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Bill Akers and Jack and Monrose Akin.
