Elizabeth Jo "Sissy" Harrell, 71, of Fayetteville, North Carolina and formerly of Obion County passed away Tuesday morning, March 5, 2024, at Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Fremont Cemetery.  Brother Chip Davis will officiate.

Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for services.

Pallbearers will be family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or charity of donors choice.

Sissy was born June 25, 1952, in Hickman, Kentucky, daughter of the late William "Billy" and Minnie (Kent) Baggett.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by one brother, Gene Baggett (Joyce) of Union City; four sisters, Carol Winston (Randy) of Martin, Faye Elks of Woodland Mills, Janet Wallace (Roy) of Paducah, Kentucky and Billie Lewis of Union City; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Glenn Baggett, Jimmy Baggett and DeWayne Baggett.
