Shirley Ann Hollowell, 88, of Union City, passed away peacefully on the evening of June 4, 2025, surrounded by her beloved husband William "Bill" Hollowell and family members.

Shirley was a devoted homemaker and previously worked at Jewel Food Store in McHenry, Illinois. She had a passion for baking bread and enjoyed spending time boating, water skiing, and fishing with her grandchildren. Shirley was a member of the First Church of God in Union City.

She was blessed with a large and loving family, including her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, all of whom adored her. A memorial service will be announced at a later date, with Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home handling the cremation arrangements.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to First Church of God, 415 South Miles Avenue,  Union City,  Tennessee  38261.
