Mrs. Shirley Ann Dobbins, 72, of Troy passed away 11:45 a.m. Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Troy Church of Christ.  Kevin Dobbins will officiate.  Burial will follow in Campground  Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Troy Church of Christ from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Wednesday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Jim Robertson, Terry Roberson, Paul Albright, Jeff Nicks, Charlie Guy and Greg Ferguson.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Bailey, Jerry Bailey and Stacey Nicks.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to New Pathways for Children , P.O. Box 10, Melber, KY 42069.

Shirley was born April 12, 1951, in Jackson, Tennessee, daughter of the late James and Ann (Frazier) Bailey.  She married Johnnie Dobbins September 14, 1968.  He passed away September 19, 2003.  She was the owner of Troy Pharmacy where she was the bookkeeper.  Shirley was a member of Troy Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son, Kevin Dobbins (Annette) of Troy; one grandson, Andrew Dobbins of Troy; sisters and brothers, Patti Fussell of Troy, David Bailey (Debbie) of Troy; Jerry Bailey (Shelby) of Troy and Mary Nell Roberson (Terry) of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Butch Fussell.
