Mrs. Sharon Thomason Webb, 68,
Union City died 11:46 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2014, in the emergency room at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City. Rev. Robert Ponticello will officiate. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Pallbearers will be Ray Covey, Paul Robinson, Danny Craig, Darrell Scarborough, James Bruce and Greg Vise.

Sharon was born December 27, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri, daughter of the late George Mertz and the late Nora (Brown) Gunder. She married Johnny Webb August 8, 2006. He survives. Sharon was employed at Danny Larcom Heating and Air where she served as accounts manager. She was of the Catholic faith.

She is also survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Vicky and Robbie and Danny all of Union City; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Scott and Jean of St. Clair, Missouri, and Jim and Christine, Steve and Lisa and Danny all of Union City; five step daughters and the husband of one, Betty of Poplar Bluff, Missouri,
Leslie and Heather both of Huntingdon, Melissa and Greg and Whitney all of Union City; two sisters, Mae of St. Peters, Missouri and Betty of St. Charles, Missouri; ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen.
