Sallie Hamilton's Obituary
Mrs. Sallie Virginia Hamilton, 79, of Calhoun City, Mississippi died 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at Obion County Nursing Home. She was aunt of Peggy Hardy of Union City.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, December 10, 2010, at Pryor Funeral Home in Calhoun City, Mississippi. Rev. Chris Duncan officiated. Burial followed in Reedy's Chapel Cemetery in Calhoun City.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
She was born January 14, 1931, in Calhoun County, Mississippi, daughter of the late James Filmore and Maude Blanch Hamilton. She was a homemaker and a member of Reedy's Chapel Baptist Church.She is also survived by two sisters, Inez Phillips of Bruce, Mississippi and Burnie Phillips of Tupelo, Mississippi.
She was also preceded in death by her nephew, David Phillips.
