Mrs. Ruth Ann Cagle, 78, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 1:45 a.m. Friday, November 27, 2015, at Clinton Hickman County Nursing Facility in Clinton, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hickman. Father Al Bremer will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Will Greer, Tyler Hartman, D.J. Medeiros, Ricky Cheirs, Lynn Parker and Eric Cagle.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Greer, Jr. and Don Blincoe.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 411 E. Moulton Street, Hickman, Kentucky 42050.

Mrs. Cagle was born November 8, 1937, in Hickman, Kentucky, daughter of the late M.E. "Red" and Josephine (Grissom) Garrison. She had been employed in property management and real estate when she lived in Florida. She retired as a correctional officer from Northwest Tennessee Correctional Facility in Tiptonville. Mrs. Cagle was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hickman.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Mike Greer of Grovetown, Georgia and Hal and Kelly Greer of Rogersville, Alabama; one stepdaughter, Donna Wykoff of Destin, Florida; one stepson, Allen Cagle of Eddyville, Kentucky; one brother, Tom Garrison of Clifton, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, Jenna Greer, Will Greer, Tyler Hartman, Jamie Price, D.J. Medeiros, Courtney Medeiros, Steven Greer, Jr., Amanda Hurelbrink and Eric Cagle; and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold E. Greer; her second husband, Carl E. "Pete" Cagle; her stepson, Michael Cagle; one sister, Carrolene Riley; and one brother, Joe Ed Garrison.
