Mr. Harold Russell Mills, 64, of Tiptonville passed away 2:58 p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wynnburg Baptist Church. Brother Danny Maddox will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Wynnburg Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Russell was born May 24, 1956, in Tiptonville, son of the late Delbert and Mildred (Mills) Mills. He married Jo Ann (Salmon) Mills July 7, 1987. She survives. He worked as chief engineer for the Ingram Barge Company for 30 years.

He is also survived by two daughters, Amanda Mills of Laurens, South Carolina and Wendy Mills of Tiptonville; two sons, Rusty Mills (Becky) of Boiling Springs, South Carolina and Sam Mills (Sharda Boyd) of Dickson, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Maelyn Smith and Wesley Smith both of Laurens, South Carolina and Ashtyn Mills of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; one brother, Calvin Mills (Marcia) of Tiptonville; and two sisters, Joyce Sadler and Linda Hamilton (Dale) all of Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Mills, Jackie Lynn Mills and Ervin Ray Mills; and one sister, Shirley Mills.
