Dr. Roy F. Winston, 84, of Reelfoot Lake passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, at his home.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday at East View Cemetery. Leonard York will officiate.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dr. Winston was born February 11, 1940, in McCrory, Arkansas, son of the late J.W. and Ada Kathleen (Little) Winston. He married Dorothy Ann (Reese) Winston December 10, 1994. She preceded him in death December 16, 2023. Dr. Winston was a graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. He was the owner of Hickman Chiropractic Center in Hickman, Kentucky for 42 years. Dr. Winston was a member of Lakeview Church of Christ.

He is survived by his brother, Larry Roger Winston and wife Shirley of McCrory, Arkansas; and two brothers-in-law, Billy M. Reese and wife Phyllis and Eddie K. Reese all of Union City.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Autumn Garrigus; and his son, Roy Winston, Jr.
