Ronnie Johnson's Obituary
Mr. Ronald Russ "Ronnie" Johnson, 65, of Obion died 6:15 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Stanley Grimes will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.
Pallbearers will be Randy Davis, Steve Farley, Tony Gammons and Larry Hill.
Mr. Johnson was born February 27, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late John Earl and Mary Frances (Rinehart) Barker. He was a retired employee of Ermco in Dyersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Ilean (Lykins) Johnson of Obion; his step son and his wife, Max and Barbara Grimes of Troy; his step daughter and her husband, Jill and Fredy Venczel of Danville, Virginia; four grandchildren, Jordan Grimes of Troy, Haley Grimes of Union City and Zachery Venczel and Caleb Venczel both of Danville, Virginia; and two great grandchildren, Mc Kayla Purdy and Carson Purdy both of Union City.
