Mr. Roger Gibbs Hamil, 76, of Union City passed Thursday, October 17, 2024, at his home.

Private graveside services were held Thursday afternoon at Beulah Cemetery in Union City.

Roger was born February 8, 1948, in Union City, son of the late James Warren and Harriet Elizabeth (Gibbs) Hamil.  He was of the Baptist faith and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his sister, Wanda Hamil of Troy; and his brother, David Lee Hamil of Margate, Florida.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, James Warren Hamil.
