Ricky Joe Walford, 67, of Elbridge passed away 9:15 a.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the Round House at Blue Bank Park at Reelfoot Lake.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ricky was born September 24, 1954, in Brownsville, Tennessee, son of the late Ernest Ray and Mattie Charlene (Emerson) Kiddy. He had been employed as a mechanic and migrant worker.

He is survived by five daughters, Karen Dean of Ridgely, Priscilla Wilson of Trimble, Crystal Walford of Union City, Madison Walford of Elbridge and Holly Walford of Savavannah; eight sons, Ricky Walford of Nashville, Jerry Ray Walford, Richard Walford, Donald Walford, Ricky Joe Walford, Jr., Carsyn Walford and Billy Ray Kiddy, Jr. all of Elbridge and Danny Walford of Jackson; one sister, Jeanette Burkhead of Waynesboro; twenty one grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Jackie Thacker; and two brothers, Archie Kiddy and Billy Kiddy.
