Mr. Richard Lynn Batts, 62, of Union City passed away 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at his home.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
There will be no services.
Mr. Batts was born September 2, 1952, in Fulton, Ky., son of the late Leron Moss and Iva Nell (Crittendon) Batts. He was a truck driver.
