Raymond Wayne "Bo" King, Jr., 79, of Martin passed away 6:53 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Eddie Hutchens and Brad Brewer will officiate. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery in Martin.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Pallbearers will be James Rhamy, Donnie Bynum, Ronnie Turner, David Woodrough and Jonathan Reynolds.

Raymond was born April 18, 1942, in Morgantown, West Virginia, son of the late Raymond Wayne King, Sr. and the late Ruby Virginia (Cook) King. He married Shirley Ann (Oseman) King October 24, 1964. She preceded him in death September 22, 2019. Raymond was a retired truck driver and served in the United States Army. He was a member of Bethel Church of Christ in Martin.

He is survived by a cousin who cared for him, Lisa and James Rhamy of the Mt. Pelia community; two brothers, John A. King of Blountville and John King of Cicero, Illinois; and two sisters, Jo Ann Lang of Chandler, Arizona and Dorothy Kotecki of Cicero, Illinois.

He was also preceded in death by his infant son, Raymond Wayne King, III.
