Ms. Ranee Jones, 59, of Union City passed away 8:30 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2023, at her home.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Ranee was born January 25, 1963, in Union City, daughter of the late Frank Jones and Sylvia (Walker) Ryland of Union City. She worked as a certified nursing assistant at several local nursing homes and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is also survived by two daughters, Bridgette Jones (Richard Harrison) of Union City and TeKeesha Fisher (Robert) of Chicago, Illinois; one son, Michael Williams (Cheryl) of Chattanooga; four grandchildren, Richard Harrison, Gabrielle Fisher, Alyssa Fisher and Jakarri Harrison; one sister, Darlene Dobson (Tony) of Union City; and one brother, Alan Jones.

She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Adrien Ferguson and Latrell Harrison; and one sister, Debra Sue Walker.
