Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Samburg Assembly of God . Brother George Hutchison and Brother B.J. Cohn will officiate. Burial will follow in Cobbs Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Samburg Assembly of God from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Reed, Clyde Blakley, Ed Blakley, Mike Blakley, Bubba Smith, James Rainey, Robin Ray and Timbo Smith.
Ms. Spencer was born July 13, 1947, in Halls, Tennessee, daughter of the late Jack and Lois (Doss) Blakley. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Kelvin Robinson of Tiptonville; three sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Gene and Kim Davis of Samburg, Kevin and Amy Davis of Tiptonville and Dennis D. Forrester, Jr. of Indiana; three sisters, Virgie O'Steen of Union City, Lilly Rainey of Samburg and Dorothy Bingham of Samburg; two brothers, John Blakley of Hornbeak and Harold Douglas Blakley of Samburg; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Butler ; one brother, James Blakley and one grandson, Nathaniel Blake Forrester.
