Mr. Paul Hunt, 68, of Union City passed away 8:45 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025, at his home.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Paul was born May 8, 1957, in Savannah, son of the late Raymond and Lucille (Ferrell) Hunt.  He married Gail (Pope) Hunt November 15, 1996. She survives.  He was the owner/operator of the former Ampco Transmission and H and H Transmission in Union City and was a member of the National Rifle Association.

He is also survived by two daughters, Tina Hunt and Paula Hunt both of Union City; two grandsons, Randy Parham and Rick Wilkey; and two sisters, Barbara Hunt of Savannah and Mary Floyd (Jimmy) of Trenton.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Alicia Thompson; three brothers, Raymond Hunt, Jr., Bobby Hunt and Billy Hunt; and his father-in-law, Randall D. "R.D." Pope.
