Patricia (Montgomery) Dotson, 69, of Lake Drive near Samburg passed away 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at Union City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Memorial services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Kenneth Hogg will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Patricia was born May 15, 1949, in Samburg, daughter of the late Cletus Odel Montgomery and the late Virginia Elizabeth (Dow) Montgomery. She was a homemaker and a member of Samburg Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Ginger Dotson of Jackson; one brother and sister-in-law, Teddy and Jo Ann Montgomery of Troy; one sister, Kitty Montgomery Rhoades of the Shawtown community; one nephew and his wife, Jason and Tina Montgomery of Troy; and other loving family members,
Karen Montgomery, the Dichiara family - Cathy and Gerald, and the Shelton family - Paige, Cary and Harold.

She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Jackie Smith who was killed in the Vietnam War; her former husband, Danny Dotson; and her nephew, Corey Montgomery.
