Patricia Lynn "Pat" Sullivan, 66, of Union City passed away 4:51 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Union City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Steve Carr will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Pat was born June 11, 1952, in Fulton, Kentucky, daughter of the late Jessie Neil and Helen Virginia (Bizzle) Clinard. She retired after 45 years of service as a licensed practical nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Pat was a member of Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City.

She is survived by one son, Tyler Webb of Union City; her former husband and caregiver, Donnie Sullivan of Union City; one sister, Brenda Christmas of Ashland, Kentucky; and one half sister, Shirley Morrison of Hornbeak.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Shane Parnell.
