Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City. Father Robert Ponticello will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Chambers, Jimmy Reynolds, Larry Boroff, Billy Lynch, James Luker and Shane Hutchens.

Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Johnson was born May 15, 1948, in Mercer County, Ohio, daughter of the late Clarence and Bernedette (Grieshop) Lengerich. She married Terry Johnson August 2, 1969. He survives. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and had served as a volunteer at Helping Hand Ministry.

She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Daniel Chambers of Union City; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Brian and Amy Johnson of Union City and Aaron Johnson of Colorado; her granddaughter, Brianna Johnson of Union City; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Betty Lengerich and Jimmy Reynolds and Genita Abbott all of Ohio; and her brother, Paul Lengerich of Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Katelyn Johnson; and her brother, Joseph Lengerich.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or  American Kidney Association.
