Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Bobby Bennett will officiate. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens .

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Brian Willis, Jeff Willis, Jesse Phipps, Tim Duren, David Rook and Glenn Bell.

Mr. Willis was born March 8, 1944, in Obion County, son of the late Floyd and Martha Elizabeth (Reed) Willis. He was the retired owner and operator of D Bar D Western Wear in Dallas, Texas. He served in the National Guard and was a member of the Palmersville Church of Christ.

He is survived by his daughter, Dorinda Underwood of Rowlett, Texas; two brothers, Harold Willis of Union City and Bill Willis of Springfield; his sister, Jo Nell Niner of Paris; and two grandsons, Parker Underwood and Camden Underwood both of Rowlett, Texas.
