Mr. Ernest "Oneal" Hill, 62, of Rives passed away 3:38 a.m. Sunday, June 16, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Ronnie Buchanan will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Priest, Chad Priest, Hunter Priest, Landon Priest, Farris Duncan and Rex Criswell.

Oneal was born June 22, 1956, in St. Charles, Missouri, son of the late John Ernest and Ruth (Farrah) Hill. He was employed by West Chevrolet in Knoxville until he retired for health reasons and was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church in Maryville, Tennessee.

He is survived by one sister, Louise Priest (Larry) of Rives; two nephews Kevin and Chad Priest of Rives; two great nephews, Hunter and Landon Priest of Rives; one great niece, Laney Priest of Union City; one great great nephew, Paxton Priest of Union City, and three half-sisters, Regina Dubinsky of Florida, Melissa Rosenberger of Georgia and Sherrie Hill of Paris, Tennessee.
