Mr. Nicholas Donald "N.D." Riley, 78, of Union City passed away 11:52 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Ken Hogg will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Pallbearers will be family.

N.D. was born September 8, 1947, in Hickman, Kentucky, son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Lovie Clyde (Parker) Riley.  He worked for Waterfield Grain Company and Tyson Foods in Union City.

He is survived by three daughters, Tina (Jason) Montgomery, Angela (Guy) Hensley and Kristy Riley all of Troy; three grandchildren, Garrett (Kurumi) Riley of Tampa, Florida, Adriana (Geordie) Carlson of Nashville and Mitchell Montgomery of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother, Clyde Riley of Hickman, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Riley and James Riley; and two sisters, Juanita Short and Frances Wroten.
