Mildred Ann Coleman, 74, of Union City passed away Wednesday morning, July 24, 2024, at her home.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Thursday at East View Cemetery. Brother Johnie Dalton will officiate.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Pallbearers will be Miller Coleman, Cory Luther, Barry Reeves, Adam Reeves, Shane Abernathy and Marshall Fennel.

Honorary pallbearer will be Allen Searcy.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mildred was born December 26, 1949, in Union City, daughter of the late Claud Monroe and Mamie (Petty) Miller. She married Billy Coleman February 11, 1966. He preceded her in death September 28, 2005. Mildred retired as manager of Allen Searcy Storage Plaza. She loved reading, dogs and cats.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Coleman of Union City; her son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Caroline Coleman of Union City; her granddaughter, Carly Luther and husband Cory of Troy; and her grandson, Miller Coleman of Humboldt.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Ann Coleman; her sister, Mary Jane (Miller) Kaimon; and her brother, Claud Vernon Miller.
