Mike Ursery, 63, of Troy passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Terry English and Brother Ron Costello will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Obion.

Pallbearers will be his brothers.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of servcies Thursday.

Mike was born September 25, 1958, in Union City, son of J.C. and Hazel (Baker) Ursery of Troy. He married Deniece "Sissy" (McDaniel) Ursery December 28, 1984. She survives. Mike was employed as a truck driver for Tyson Foods hatchery. He was a member of Troy First Baptist Church and had served in the Tennessee National Guard in Dyersburg.

He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jessie and Reaghan Ursery of Murfreesboro; and four brothers, James Ursery (Debbie) of Troy, Keith Ursery of Leola, Pennsylvania, David Ursery (Tammy) and Jeff Ursery all of of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
