Mr. Michael Lynn “Mike” Taylor, 78, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 4:23 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2026, at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Hickman. Pastor John Varden, Pastor Nancy Varden and Mike Major will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at First United Methodist Church in Hickman from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Jim Osborne, Beau Osborne, John Cole, Ethan Cole, Caleb Cole and Matt London.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mike was born January 23, 1948, in Union City, son of the late Gerald and Helen (Jones) Taylor. He married Susan (Mayfield) Taylor February 2, 1969. She survives.
