Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Fremont Cemetery near Union City. Gary Haynes will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 1:40 p.m. Thursday

Pallbearers will be Bryce Owens, Cody White, Micheal White, Brett Bellmyer, Steve Morton, Libby Morton and Debbie Morton

Mr. Morton was born November 10, 1961, in Garden City, Michigan, son of Jo (Beard) Morton of Murray, Kentucky and the late Allen Russell Morton. He had been employed as a pipe fitter in the petroleum construction industry in Houston, Texas.

He is also survived by two sons, Allen Morton and Caleb Morton both of Murray, Kentucky; three sisters, Sharon Owens of Puryear, Debbie Anderson of Zavalla, Texas and Libby Morton of League City, Texas; his brother, Steve Morton of Buchanan; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Eric Alan Morton; and his sister, Monica Darlene Morton
