Obituary

Mr. Max Price, 94, of Martin passed away 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Brent Davidson will officiate. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery in Martin.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mr. Max was born August 14, 1926, in Mountain View, Arkansas, son of the late Walter and Leo (Jenkins) Price. He married Lovell Earline (Lesley) Price January 14, 1947. She survives. He was a member of the United States Army Air Force and member of Broadway Baptist Church in Martin.

He is also survived by two sons, Roger Price of Martin and Gary Price (Cindy) of McHenry, Illinois; one daughter, Phyllis Stout (John) of Martin; three grandchildren, Josh Price, Scott Stout and Lorissa Stout; three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one brother, James Price (Joyce) of Conway, Arkansas; three sisters, Betty Sims of Tampa, Florida, Barbara Chambers of Chicago, Illinois and Dorothy Kinkead of Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Von Price.
