Mary Johnson's Obituary
Mrs. Mary (Bright) Hathcock Johnson, 85, of Houston, Texas died Thursday, January 7, 2010, at The Cottage at Spring Branch in Houston.
She was born August 17, 1924, in Montgomery, Alabama, to the late Mike and Clara Bright.
She lived and attended school in Troy, Tennessee.
She is survived by her husband Curtis Oliver Johnson Jr., her daughter Michelle Brown Fladeboe and husband Jan, her grandchildren Johann, Andrew, and Hayley Fladeboe, her step-daughter Pamela deZevallos and husband Ed, their son Christopher Lee deZevallos and great grand daughters Sarah and Katharine.
A funeral service for Mary will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2010, at Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas. A family burial will take place at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Terrace Hill Cemetery in Troy, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church, 10221 Ella Lee at Sam Houston Tollway, Houston, Texas 77042.
