Mrs. Mary Ruth Davis, 94, of Rives passed away 12:35 a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Berea Church of Christ. Royce Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow in Berea Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Saturday and at Berea Church of Christ from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Pallbearers wil be Keith Davis, Kevin Davis, Kevin Scillion, David Crockett, Caleb Crockett, Brett Scillion and Carl Mowery.

Donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Mrs. Davis was born September 19, 1920, in Hickman, Kentucky, daughter of the late Noble and Addie (Brewer) Crocker. She married Frank M. Davis March 14, 1943. He died June 19, 2014. Mrs. Davis was a member of Berea Church of Christ and the former Central Homemakers Club.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Ann (Davis) and Ted Mowery of Johnson City; her daughter-in-law, Betty Jo Davis of Martin; her sister, Mildred Kemp of Union City; six grandchildren and the spouses of three, Lesa and Kevin Scillion of Rives, Keith Davis and Kevin Davis both of Martin, David and MeLissa Crockett of Johnson City, Angela Stewart of Charlotte, North Carolina and Carl and Chris Mowery of Sulphur Springs; and seven great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Davis; and her brother, Leon Crocker.
