Mary Jane Clark, 79, of Troy passed away 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Mrs. Clark was born December 3, 1936, in the Shawtown community, daughter of the late Willis Aaron and Mildred (Jackson) Roney. She married Felix Clark, Jr. January 13, 1960. He died June 11, 2004. Mary Jane was a retired employee of Union City Insurance Agency and a member of Cobbs Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Vicki Mc Neely of Troy and Angela (Albert) Blair of Ripley; one son, Jeff Clark of Troy; one sister, Jackie Vaughn of Troy; five grandchildren, Nicky Dunn and Matt Dunn both of Union City, Steve Clark and Matt Clark both of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Elizabeth Clark of Troy; and four great grandchildren, Garrett Dunn, Jalyn Parker, Maddox Dunn and Jett Dunn all Union City.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy Clark Reese; and her brother, Aaron "Super" Roney.

A celebration of life service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Rev. Jimmy Calhoun will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Garden.

Pallbearers will be family members.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.
