Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother James Kinsey will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Steven Adams, W.M. "Bubba" Adams, David Adams, Ronnie Deaton, Mark Moore, Kevin Moore, Larry Speed and Louis Davis.

Mrs. Adams was a retired retail clerk and had worked at Helping Hand Ministries in Union City. She was a member of Crosswinds Church and Jones-Walker Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Dennis "Denny" (Stacie) Adams of Pilot Oak, Kentucky and Dan L. (Cindy) Adams of Mulvane, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" Turner, Rhonda Kay Davis, Steven Adams, W.M. "Bubba" Adams, Shannon Deaton, Lauren Grooms, Stephanie Adams, Wendy Lynn Tiday and David Adams; sixteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Clarence and Mattie (Maxey) Garner; her husband, Charles Lacy Adams; her daughter, Betty Sue Adams; and three brothers.
