Mrs. Marscella Erwin, 80, of Hornbeak died 5:50 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Robert Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. from 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will Richard Smith, Michael Hamm, Jamin Barker, Daniel Ring, Dewayne Deal and Daniel Hodge.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dewayne Wilson, Scott Webb and Steve Elam.

Mrs. Erwin was born April 20, 1934, in Obion County, daughter of the late Joe Frank and Grace Helen (Alexander) Jerden. She was a homemaker and attended Hornbeak Baptist Church.

She is survived by four sisters and one brother-in-law, Linda Jernigan, Shirley and Leslie Hamm, Marguerite Wilson and Beverly Coston all of Hornbeak; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Joe and Debi Jerden and David Jerden all of Hornbeak; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vernie Erwin; one sister, Opal Kirby; and one brother, Tommy Jerden.
