Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Ridge Cemetery . Dr. Melvin Poe will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Randy Ams, Bedford Dunavant, Mike Edwards, Joey Tucker, Jon Rhodes and Chris Rhodes.

Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Edwards, Benjamin Lax and J.T. Jones.

Ms. Ams was born February 24, 1944, in Hornbeak, daugher of the late Curtis and Vera (Keith) Rhodes. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City and a retired employee of Community Developmental Services in Martin.

She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, LaCinda "Cindy" Legate of Memphis, and Lindy and Bedford Dunavant and Phyllis and Mike Edwards all of Union City; her brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Kay Rhodes of Hornbeak; and three grandchilden, Benjamin Lax of Monterey, California and Ashley Edwards and Hunter Edwards both of Union City.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Clark Rhodes.
